The Project Specialist is a broker-facing sales role focused on building strong relationships with brokers and connecting them with Devmark's exclusive off-plan property offerings through persuasive presentations and proactive outreach. The role involves managing an active broker pipeline, staying on top of market trends, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive engagement and results. This role plays a key part in expanding Devmark's broker network and driving off-plan sales opportunities.
