    Devmark is one of the UAE’s leading development marketing and sales firms, and we are seeking a driven and engaging Tele Sales Executive to support our expanding sales operations. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for brokers, introducing projects, qualifying interest, and ensuring they are guided seamlessly into the right next steps. You’ll play a vital role in driving broker engagement, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting the Broker Relations Team and Project Specialists through efficient appointment setting and lead management. Your contribution will help ensure smooth workflows and enhance the overall effectiveness of our sales engine across every project.

    Key Responsibilities

    The Tele Sales Executive is responsible for high volume outbound calling with the goal of engaging brokers, qualifying interest, and scheduling meetings for both the Broker Relations Team and the Project Specialists. You will be the first point of contact for many brokers, ensuring they are informed, supported, and guided into the correct next steps within Devmark.

     

    • Actively engage with broker partners through outbound calling, introducing projects and gauging interest.
    • Qualify brokers based on interest, intent, and project alignment, ensuring smooth handover to internal teams.
    • Schedule meetings and call appointments for the Broker Relations Team and Project Specialists.
    • Maintain accurate call logs, lead information, and appointment details within the CRM.
    • Follow up with warm leads, event enquiries, and previously contacted brokers to drive higher conversion.
    • Address initial broker queries and provide basic information before passing them to the relevant team.
    • Support internal teams by ensuring all booked meetings are well prepared with relevant lead notes and context.
    • Track and report daily calling activity, lead status, and meeting scheduling performance.

     

    Key Requirements

    • Experience in tele sales, outbound calling, sales support, or customer engagement, experience in real estate is preferred.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; confident phone manner and ability to build rapport quickly.
    • Proactive, solution oriented, and target driven.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes.
    • Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, etc.) are a plus.
