Job Description
Devmark is the Middle East’s premiere Sales and Marketing organisation for residential property developers. Our Sales Specialists are at the forefront of our business, working directly with brokers to promote and sell our exclusive, high quality, off-plan projects.
This role requires hard work, strong communication, and presentation skills. Project specialists need to be comfortable with phone outreach, presenting to large groups, and be capable of building lasting relationships with brokers based on expertise and first-class relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
- Broker Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with brokers, understanding their needs and aligning them with our property offerings.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver clear, compelling presentations on off-plan projects to brokers, highlighting key benefits and investment opportunities.
- Phone Outreach: Proactively contact brokers by phone to introduce new projects, follow up on inquiries, and maintain consistent engagement.
- Pipeline Management: Track and manage broker interactions, ensuring timely follow-up and keeping an active sales pipeline.
- Market Insight: Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and broker feedback to continuously refine your approach and optimize sales outcomes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on key projects, campaigns, and broker engagements.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on broker activities, project interest, and potential sales opportunities to the Sales Manager.
Key Requirements
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the skill to deliver impactful presentations.
- Phone Skills: Comfortable and confident in making outbound calls and maintaining relationships over the phone.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; additional languages, such as Arabic, are a plus.
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to foster long-term, professional relationships with brokers.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple broker relationships and sales activities simultaneously.
- Sales Driven: Target-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Market Knowledge: Understanding of the real estate market in Dubai, particularly in off-plan projects, is highly desirable.
- Useful Skills
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
- Proficiency with CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite.
