Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and lead follow-up
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing agents
- Exceed sales targets
- Stay-up-to date on competition and market trends
- Collaborate with Administration and Marketing departments
- Flexibility to shift gears in a fast-past environment and ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Have thorough understanding of agreements of purchase and sale and sales process of pre-construction developments
- Have great attention to detail, and follow up skills via phone
- Strong closing skills a must
- Provides exceptional experiences to existing and potential brokers and buyers
- Computer savvy with experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, etc.
- Experience with CRM or other related database management systems
- Working weekends are required
- Work well in a team environment
Profile
- University degree or college diploma
- 2+ years of real estate sales experience with preference to experience selling off-plan real estate projects
- Strong and proven track record of working on a multitude of successful sales projects
- Must be self- motivated and results driven
- Have excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and tools
- Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
- Conflict resolution skills
- Strong communication skills (listening, verbal and written)
- Must have strong relationships of real estate agents focusing on off-plan sales
- Possess a sense of urgency, accountability and job ownership
- Strong planning, researching and organizing skills, with strong attention to detail
- Strong work ethic with ability to work long hours during the launch phase of a project.
