3. Proprietary and Confidential Information
Ownership and Intellectual Property
All proprietary content, including but not limited to presentations, pitch decks, brochures, designs, and other materials, remains the exclusive property of Devmark unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Confidential Use Only
These materials are provided to the intended recipient on a confidential basis and for the sole purpose specified by Devmark. Any unauthorized access, use, copying, disclosure, or dissemination of these materials is strictly prohibited and may be unlawful.
4. Sales Offers
Validity and Availability
All Sales Offers generated by Devmark are valid for twenty-four (24) hours from the date of issuance and are subject to the continued availability of the referenced property. Property details, including pricing and unit size, are subject to change at any time and may contain errors or omissions.
Governing Agreement
In the event of any discrepancy between a Sales Offer and the final SPA, the SPA shall prevail and govern the transaction. Property availability is on a first-come, first-served basis, and all prices are considered final only upon execution of the SPA.
Disclaimer of Liability
Devmark disclaims any liability for future property conditions, market fluctuations, or the performance of any third-party services. All transactions and representations are subject to the final terms contained
in the SPA.
