Biography

Tariq has been a part of Dubai’s real estate market since its inception and contributed to the launch and success of many major real estate projects across the UAE and GCC. He has worked with prominent names in the UAE property sector achieving market leadership through substantial sales volumes. During his career at DAMAC Properties Tariq formulated and executed successful sales strategies contributing to the impressive growth of the company.

As a Director of Sales and CRM at Majid Al Futtaim, Tariq was instrumental in achieving the successful sale and handover of Al Zahia, Majid Al Futtaim’s first residential freehold project in the UAE. Tariq’s experience has also extended to the Abu Dhabi market where under his directorship at Bloom Properties two pioneering residential projects on Saadiyat island achieved record sales.

During his tenure at Oriental Pearls as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Tariq took the project from the concept stage to a state-of-the-art residential development with award-winning designs. In addition to his Finance and Banking degree from the University of Toledo, Ohio in the USA, Tariq is also a certified financial advisor and holds various Real Estate Qualifications.
