Biography

Omar’s real estate experience spans over 22 years, leading multinational businesses covering Developer Sales & Marketing, Estate Agency, and Real Estate Franchising, across Europe and the Middle East.

Prior to joining Devmark, Omar was Head of Sales at Binghatti Developers, where he was instrumental in achieving the successful sale and launch of several projects and crafting the roadmap and implementation of the organization’s CRM division. Whilst at Asteco, Omar created the award-winning Asteco Sales & Leasing Brokerage franchise network, opening over 15 offices across the UAE, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia & Jordan. Prior to that, Omar was the Director, for one of the UAE’s largest private real estate developers, formulating innovative sales and marketing strategies on multiple projects within the MENA region, including branded developments such as Versace, Fendi, Trump, and Paramount.
 
Before arriving in the UAE in 2011, Omar worked for one of the UK’s largest estate agents, the LSL Group, responsible for 30+ offices across the Northeast of England. Omar holds a BA (Hons) degree in Leadership & Management and a Diploma (Dip) in Management Development, from Northumbria University.
