Biography

Manisha is a dynamic globally experienced business strategist with a 15+ year record of achievement with significant expertise in driving revenue growth while providing sales and operational leadership in highly competitive real estate markets. Highly skilled at executing complex sales and marketing programs, she pioneered and won the first Government mandated exclusive sales and marketing contract to deliver the successful launch of Bluewaters Island for Meraas.

Prior to that, she worked with various private developers to implement sophisticated strategies to drive off-plan sales, collectively representing over AED 4 billion in sales volume. Some of her notable projects in the UAE include The Banyan Tree Residences, Dubai Lagoons, Muraba Residences, Anantara Residences, and several buildings in City Walk.

In her last position as COO at Heaps Estrin, Canada’s No. 1 Real Estate team, Manisha spearheaded all sales, marketing and operations resulting in over $1.5 billion in sales over a 3-year period. A member of the Canadian Real Estate Association and the Toronto Real Estate Board, Manisha also holds a Political Science degree from the University of Toronto.
