Biography

As Chief Commercial Officer at Devmark, Jason drives commercial growth strategy, institutional partnerships, and governance ensuring Devmark continues to scale as the UAE's leading marketing and sales solution for developers. Appointed to the Board following the strategic partnership with GFH Partners, Jason brings institutional-grade governance and strategic direction to the firm's next phase of growth.

Jason is a C-suite real estate development executive with over 20-years of experience spanning residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality across the UAE, KSA and North America. His career includes serving as Chief Commercial Officer at Osool, the real estate asset management company for Saudi Arabia's General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI), where he led the commercial strategy for a $7 billion mixed-use portfolio. Jason was originally a developer client of Devmark as General Manager of EPICO (Emirates Property Investment) at Al Fahim Group where he oversaw a 100-person business unit, managed, delivered and acquired over $2 billion in assets.  In 2020, Jason brought Devmark and AlFahim together for the AVANI Palm View project and achieved a sell-out of 263 luxury units generating $280 million in sales revenue within 18-months. 

This combination of institutional asset management, end-to-end development delivery, and entrepreneurial venture-building gives Jason a distinctive perspective — one that bridges capital markets discipline with hands-on execution. At Devmark, he brings this to bear in originating strategic partnerships, advising developers, and positioning the firm for institutional-scale growth following the GFH Partners partnership.

Jason holds an MBA from London Business School, is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), a Financial Modelling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA). As a Golden Visa holder based in the UAE for over 20 years Jason calls Dubai home and is a proud father of three sons raised in the Emirate. Outside of the business, family is at the centre of everything he does — balancing the demands of a high-performance career with a commitment to the people who matter most.
