Senior Creative Designer

Devmark is the Middle East's premier sales and marketing organization for residential property developers. The Senior Creative Designer is responsible for the entire creative process, from defining requirements to visualizing and producing graphics, including illustrations, logos, layouts, photos, and marketing collateral. Reporting to the Creative Director and Chief Commercial Officer, the Senior Creative Designer will design all digital and print materials, assist with social media content, branding, event promotion, campaigns, and other marketing initiatives. This role also supports the implementation and maintenance of Devmark’s marketing strategies. The Senior Creative Designer will shape the visual aspects of various assets, including websites, brochures, newsletters, flyers, digital content, and more. Their work should capture attention while effectively communicating the intended message.

• Assist in the project management of end-to-end creative campaign processes, ensuring the delivery of superior and integrated client communications, with accurate deployment on time.
• Provide administrative and organizational support to senior marketing staff.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials.
• Study design briefs and determine requirements.
• Schedule projects and define budget constraints.
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
• Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs.
• Use appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
• Work with copywriters and Marketing Manager / Director to produce final designs.
• Test graphics across various media.
• Amend designs after receiving feedback.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Develop and create promotional materials.
• Create all property-specific digital content.
• Handle creation and print management of all property-specific collateral.
• Produce and collaborate on pitches and proposals.
• Preserve brand integrity.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with expert skills in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Expert in Microsoft Publisher & Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Participates in team meetings, understands team objectives, and anticipates needs.
• Service-oriented attitude and professional demeanor.
• Must be versatile and flexible in making last-minute adjustments to work requests.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional graphic designer.
• Solid understanding of design and advertising principles for various mediums such as digital, print, and social media.
• Self/project management skills.
• Sales support experience preferred.
