    Job Description

    Devmark is the Middle East’s premier sales and marketing organization for residential property developers. We are seeking a Social Media & Content Manager who is passionate about creating engaging content, deeply understands various social media platforms, and has a knack for storytelling.

    As the Social Media & Content Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy, producing compelling content, and fostering meaningful online interactions with our audience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Social Media Strategy:

      • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand objectives and target audience.
      • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor, analyze, and report on social media campaign effectiveness.
      • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates to ensure our strategy remains relevant and cutting-edge.
    • Content Creation:

      • Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms, including written posts, images, videos, infographics, and more.
      • Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing graphics and multimedia content that resonates with our audience.
      • Craft compelling and concise copy that maintains our brand voice and effectively communicates our message.
    • Community Engagement:

      • Manage and monitor all social media channels, responding promptly to comments, messages, and mentions while maintaining a positive and helpful tone.
      • Foster genuine interactions with followers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and empathetic manner.
      • Identify and engage with industry influencers, partners, and potential brand advocates to expand our online reach.
    • Campaign Execution:

      • Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive user engagement and support broader marketing initiatives.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with overarching marketing efforts.
      • Monitor real-time engagement during campaigns, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
    • Analytics and Reporting:

      • Use social media analytics tools to track and analyze performance metrics, providing regular reports to showcase progress and areas for improvement.
      • Apply data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance future campaigns, ensuring continuous growth and engagement.

    Key Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
    • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, with a portfolio of successful social media campaigns and content creation.
    • Proficiency in social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences.
    • Strong understanding of social media analytics and metrics to inform decision-making.
    • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
    • Familiarity with design software and basic graphic design skills is a plus.
    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Experience in managing and growing online communities is desirable.
