As the Social Media & Content Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy, producing compelling content, and fostering meaningful online interactions with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand objectives and target audience.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor, analyze, and report on social media campaign effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform updates to ensure our strategy remains relevant and cutting-edge.

Content Creation:
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms, including written posts, images, videos, infographics, and more.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing graphics and multimedia content that resonates with our audience.
- Craft compelling and concise copy that maintains our brand voice and effectively communicates our message.

Community Engagement:
- Manage and monitor all social media channels, responding promptly to comments, messages, and mentions while maintaining a positive and helpful tone.
- Foster genuine interactions with followers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Identify and engage with industry influencers, partners, and potential brand advocates to expand our online reach.

Campaign Execution:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive user engagement and support broader marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with overarching marketing efforts.
- Monitor real-time engagement during campaigns, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.

Analytics and Reporting:
- Use social media analytics tools to track and analyze performance metrics, providing regular reports to showcase progress and areas for improvement.
- Apply data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance future campaigns, ensuring continuous growth and engagement.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, with a portfolio of successful social media campaigns and content creation.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and audiences.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and metrics to inform decision-making.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Familiarity with design software and basic graphic design skills is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in managing and growing online communities is desirable.
