Biography

As Director of Operations at Devmark, Andrew oversees the day-to-day running of the business, bringing structure to a fast-moving environment and making sure work moves from plan to delivery. The role spans people, process and the practical problem-solving that keeps projects on track across the firm.

Andrew has spent more than 20 years in the UAE, over 15 of them with Etihad Airways. That period built the foundation of Andrew's approach: large-scale operations, and the discipline of working inside a genuinely international business where people are the variable that matters most. He later moved into real estate, working with Richmind Developers and a number of other high-profile companies across the region.

Coming to property from aviation gives Andrew a different read on operations. It is an industry that runs on precision and on teams performing under pressure, and he holds Devmark to the same standard, building systems that hold up as volume increases and supporting the people who run them.

Outside of work, Andrew trains in Muay Thai and swims regularly, and travels whenever he can. He has a real interest in how other countries and businesses operate. After more than two decades, the UAE is home.
